On time, professional, efficient and thorough, completed required paperwork necessary for closing. Always returned my calls promptly, especially on closing date when buyer requested a credit of $250.00 for cleaning and pilot flame burning yellow. Service First Heating & Cooling owner contacted buyers’ lawyer and agent on closing date to explain why I do not need to give $250.00 credit to buyer. Thank you. A rare occurrence especially since I was in Virginia when the inspections needed to be completed.
